ADULTS & SENIORS

As a health coach, I can help adults and seniors (aged 35 and older) achieve improved health, happiness and energy. I provide strategies to reduce the risks of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and cancer. In addition, these strategies help sharpen your thinking, improve your memory, help you lose weight and stay fit, rejuvenate your skin, subdue stress, reduce bone loss, decrease inflammation and reduce the need for prescription medications.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

Are you a prime-timer who wants to get healthy and stay healthy? I can work with you either in a group setting, or one-on-one coaching. I use hands-on materials, tools and resources, all prepared with the unique needs of adults and seniors in mind. If you have the motivation, I have the foundation to offer targeted ready-to-use services, or can customize them to meet your specific needs. These services fall into four different sessions. Take only one, or take them all!

Make Your Own Medicine®

Stop relying on prescription and over-the-counter medications and train your body to create and realease its own medicine to combat disease and illness. Inflammation is the cause of most illnesses. I can show you how to get your immune system working again to fight the inflammations in your body.

Make Health Your Hobby 

How do you want to spend your prime years…going to the docotor and in and out of hospital rooms, or out with friends and family for a walk or bike ride? In this session, you’ll learn healthier eating habits and how to read nutrition labels. You’ll be surprised when you see what’s actually in that “health” bar.

Move Waste from Your Waist

It’s all about moving more! We’ll look at your body type, and come up with an exercise plan that suits your body’s shape, your lifestyle and your age. Reduce your waist and you’ll reduce your risk of heart disease!

Live Without Pain and Inflammation 

Inflammation can be anywhere in your body from your joints to your heart to your teeth. Did you know that it can often be prevented by changing your diet? If you want to live with less pain, I can help you create a menu plan that incorporates healthy foods and elminates the foods that inflame your body.
